yes, but the worst part is i never needed to talk to them in the first place… they sent *me* an email with a question. I answered and got that… seems to me if your going to have that kind of service you should:
a) make sure sendto addresses are let thru
or
b) warn your correspondents that if they wish to answer your query they will have to jump thru anti-spam hoops.
