twitter API prompt??

some visitors here are being asked to register for twitter … could it be because I am running the twitter thingy on 2 sites at once, also on dosemagazine.com??? Any thoughts anyone?

I get it too on firefox.

happens when the twitter widget on the left nav bar wants to download updates from twitter.

works well on other browsers though.

Maybe some http prefetch going for seekret javascript or something. I couldn’t reproduce, but then again, I’m already logged into twitter. In that case, it might be seen as a leak, but that’s getting ahead of myself.

yeah i wonder if it’s only people not on twtter getting it?
