Tolstoy on 'any' phone - http://www.booksinmyphone.com has a range of books that will run on 'regular' java enabled phones.

I've read quite a few of their books (though not W&P). If you enjoyed Cory's stuff you might like Peter Watt's Blindsight (very fresh imaginative hard SF) or Lessig's Free Culture (the guy who started the whole Creative Commons push under which Cory publishes his works).

You can install the books via a PC but with internet access on the phone you can find and install in a few clicks from the mobile site mobile.booksinmyphone.com
