my move from sympatico to videotron at home has been good so far (except the new 100 Go up/down limit – bastards).

i don’t think vidtron can be worse than bell for customer service, but i don;t expect them to be better.

re: vids… i was a punk-rock kid, which meant i didn’t like metal … but man, can bruce sing.

Unrelated, but I just watched the Sabbath video, and OMG, Tony Iommi is just booooring to watch on stage!

Also watched the Maiden video. Back in the days, I thought it was cool to dress like that… lol :)

We just had to cancel Bell DSL at the office here. The connection was always dropping and it was just sloooow.

When I called to cancel, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee because I was breaking my contract with them. Last time I checked, a contract was 2-ways: they offer a service, I pay.

They’ve also been double-billing me from the beginning (I have 2 accounts in their system for whatever reason). Countless calls to their billing dept didn’t fix this one, so I just throw their bills in the thrash now.

Ironically, I only have good things to say about them for my home connection.

Did you ever notice that Bell rhymes with Hell?

I had a similar experience with Ma myself and was told “The robot has your order.” It’s a terrible company. I wonder why everybody wants to buy it.
