The connection was always dropping and it was just sloooow.

When I called to cancel, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee because I was breaking my contract with them. Last time I checked, a contract was 2-ways: they offer a service, I pay.

They’ve also been double-billing me from the beginning (I have 2 accounts in their system for whatever reason). Countless calls to their billing dept didn’t fix this one, so I just throw their bills in the thrash now.

Ironically, I only have good things to say about them for my home connection.

Did you ever notice that Bell rhymes with Hell?
